SACRAMENTO -- As Governor Schwarzenegger cruises around California in his air-conditioned campaign bus, his advice to regular Californians on how to escape California's crushing heat wave is: eat popsicles.

"Arnold's comprehensive energy policy for California is to eat popsicles," said Crystal Strait, CYD President. "Arnold has engaged in three years of governing by photo-op ... now it's governing by frozen dessert."

Today, CYD put the Governor's energy strategy into action and handed out free popsicles to Schwarzenegger's staff and other Capitol workers.
